No, alterations are not included in the price of the dress.

YES! We work closely with all of our designers to try to get you the dress of your dreams no matter what. Some designers offer quick delivery options, or will even have dresses in stock so we can get them for our more last minute shoppers! Purchasing sample gowns is also an option if a dress cannot be ordered.
04: How much do alterations cost? +
This really all depends on the actual dress we are altering and the specific work that needs to be done on the dress. Pricing can only be determined in person, if you would like an alteration quote, contact the alteration department for an appointment to get a quote.

Brides around 2 months before the wedding, bridesmaids around 1.5-1 month before the wedding, mother of the bride/groom or special occasion dresses around 1.5 months before the wear date.
06: I called the alteration department and there was no answer, where are they? +
Piera’s Bridal Alterations is not always open the same hours as the store, and work by appointment, so sometimes they get a day off! If you try again the following day you should be able to get ahold of them. Any urgent questions or concerns feel free to contact the store.
